donat\u0131, makine veya yak\u0131t\u0131n y\u00fcklenmesi, bo\u015falt\u0131lmas\u0131 veya yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda olan kazalar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Patlama [infilak]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>K\u00f6t\u00fc niyetli hareketler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gemi veya botlar\u0131n\u0131n tamamen \u00e7al\u0131nmas\u0131 ya da bilinen y\u00f6ntemlere ek olarak masraflar\u0131 ve maliyeti hari\u00e7).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Her kim olursa olsun herhangi ki\u015finin ihmali,fakat sigortal\u0131 ve\/veya gemi sahibi ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan her hangi onar\u0131m veya de\u011fi\u015fiklikle ilgili s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin ihmal veya ihlali neticesi meydana gelen her hangi kusurun iyile\u015ftirme maliyeti veya geminin bak\u0131m masraflar\u0131 hari\u00e7tir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu sigorta, e\u011fer makul \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u00f6zellikle bu ama\u00e7la yap\u0131ld\u0131ysa, oturma sonras\u0131 karineyi g\u00f6rme masraflar\u0131n\u0131, hasar olmasa bile, tazmin eder. Buna ek olarak;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harp ve benzeri durumlar, grev, lokavt, halk hareketleri, durdurma (tevkif), al\u0131koyma ve benzeri korsanl\u0131k hareketleri ile Geni\u015fletme Klozu kapsam\u0131nda ilave teminat alabilirsiniz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yat\u0131n\u0131zda bulunan kaptan, m\u00fcrettebat ve misafirlerinizin maruz kalaca\u011f\u0131 kazalar\u0131, poli\u00e7ede belirtilen ko\u015fullara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ferdi kaza teminat\u0131 ile g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alabilirsiniz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yat\u0131n su kaya\u011f\u0131 ve benzeri sporlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle do\u011fabilecek sorumluluklar ve teminatlar ayr\u0131ca belirtilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla poli\u00e7e
