ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131ndan bitimine kadar ge\u00e7en seyahat s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde, duraklamalar da dahil olmak \u00fczere, maruz kalacaklar\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kazalar\u0131n neticelerine madencili\u011fi faaliyetlerinde bulunan ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filer, s\u00f6z konusu faaliyetlerin icras\u0131 esnas\u0131nda meydana gelebilecek kazalar sonucu tesislerinde istihdam ettikleri, \u00fcretim ve \u00fcretim haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 faaliyetinde bulunan personeli i\u00e7in sigorta poli\u00e7esi yapt\u0131rmak zorundad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 sigortal\u0131y\u0131, sigortan\u0131n mer&#8217;iyet m\u00fcddeti esnas\u0131nda vukua gelecek bir hadise neticesinde, a) \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n \u00f6lmesi, yaralanmas\u0131 veya s\u0131hhatinin muhtel olmas\u0131, b) \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara ait mallarda ziya ve hasar (maddi zarar ve ziyanlar) husule gelmesi sebebile, poli\u00e7ede g\u00f6sterilen s\u0131fat, faaliyet ve hukuki m\u00fcnasebetlerinden dolay\u0131, kendisine kar\u015f\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slar taraf\u0131ndan ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclecek zarar ve ziyan taleplerinin neticelerine kar\u015f\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinin hukuki mes&#8217;uliyete m\u00fcteallik mevzuat\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmleri dairesinde ve i\u015fbu poli\u00e7ede i\u015fyerinde meydana gelebilecek i\u015f kazalar\u0131 sonucunda i\u015fverene terett\u00fcp edecek hukuki sorumluluk nedeniyle i\u015fverene bir hizmet akdi ile ba\u011fl\u0131 ve Sosyal Sigortalar Kanununa tabi i\u015f\u00e7iler veya bunlar\u0131n hak sahipleri taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fverenden talep edilecek ve Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu&#8217;nun sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yard\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcndeki ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki tazminat talepleri ile yine ayn\u0131 Kurum taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fverene kar\u015f\u0131 i\u015f kazalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ikame edilecek r\u00fccu davalar\u0131 sonunda \u00f6denecek tazminat miktarlar\u0131n\u0131, poli\u00e7ede yaz\u0131l\u0131 mebla\u011flara kadar temin eder.&nbsp;<br><br>Sigortac\u0131 ayr\u0131ca
